Susan Chambers has 25 plus years experience, including Global Operations, Solution Development, System Deployment, Training, Program Management, Project Management, Account Management and Consulting.  Prior to founding Virtual Project Specialists in 2013, Ms. Chambers held management positions at ACT Teleconferencing, PictureTel, NYNEX and Harvard University including roles as Director Global Client Management, Global Project Manager, Director Global Video Operations and US Operations Manager, managing 7x24 video operations in the US, London and Singapore.  Ms. Chambers graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a Bachelor of Arts degree.
